Cooking with Seasonal Produce 
Nick demonstrates a delicious dinner menu and talks about his passion for getting us all cooking with local, seasonal produce.
Nick’s enthusiasm for food led him from the French Alps to opening the Crown at Bray as Head Chef for Heston Blumenthal.  He now operates The Miller of Mansfield in Goring, 2016 Waitrose Good Food Guide Restaurant of the Year, with his wife Mary, from where they serve simple but elegant food with great respect for the raw product.

This will be an intimate session in the beautiful surroundings of a medieval kitchen so spaces are very limited – book early!
