Seasonal Artisan Breads 

Nick demonstrates (and encourages you to taste) a number of the breads for which The Miller of Mansfield is famous, including their Miller Bacon Brioche.

Nick’s enthusiasm for food led him from the French Alps to opening the Crown at Bray as Head Chef for Heston Blumenthal.  He now operates The Miller of Mansfield in Goring, with his wife Mary, from where they serve simple but elegant food with great respect for the raw product. The Miller of Mansfield was shortlisted for specialist award Front of House Team of the Year at the 2018 Top 50 Gastropubs, for Best Newcomer at the 2016 Cateys, was acclaimed Good Food Guide Readers’ Restaurant of the Year 2016.

This will be an intimate session in the beautiful surroundings of a medieval kitchen so spaces are very limited – book early!
