Expert Scandi chef, Claire Andersson, chef owner of Oxford’s brilliant Scandinavian cafe, Skogen Kitchen, will guide you through the process of bun making and other Scandi baking treats in the delightful surroundings of a beautiful Dorchester kitchen.
Every Scandinavian cafe needs a brilliant cinnamon bun so Claire spent many months perfecting the recipe in the run up to opening Skogen Kitchen. We are delighted that she is prepared to share her secret with us!
