Paul Cook has worked in advocacy and public policy in international development, human rights and environment NGOs for 25 years and is currently the Head of Advocacy at Tearfund, managing an Advocacy Unit of over 50 staff across 17 countries with a budget of £2.3 million. He is also the founder and Director of Arise, an organisation mobilising Christians to put their faith into action to make a positive difference in the world, and engage in advocacy and other activities on human rights, democracy, poverty and environmental issues, as well as growing in and sharing their faith. He is currently Chairing the Board of Renew Our World, a global movement of Christians taking action for a fairer and more sustainable world. I am also currently Co-Chairing the Board of the Climate Action Network, the UK branch of the main global network of civil society organisations influencing UN climate change negotiations.

Dorchester Abbey is a beautiful historic Church of England parish church and event venue. It was formerly a Norman abbey church and was built on the site of a Saxon cathedral.  Find out more here
