Join Sanjay Dhrona, owner of The White Hart in Dorchester-on-Thames, for a special two-hour curry masterclass revealing the Secrets of the Best Curry in Dorchester.  Known for its vibrant Thali nights and food-forward dining experience, The White Hart has become a destination for bold, flavour-packed dishes. Now, Sanjay is lifting the lid on his much-loved traditional “desi” curry sauce – the heart of a proper homestyle curry.

The session begins with a tasting of marinated and grilled tandoori chicken and paneer, served with a rich, comforting curry sauce. Sanjay will then guide you through all the key ingredients, sharing techniques and tips in a live cooking demonstration.

There will be plenty of time for questions, foodie chat, and – for this event only – a few very special family secrets.
