Tona Erreguin Head Chef of Imma Bakery, an award-winning artisan bakery in Stoke Row, Oxfordshire, brings her passion for bread and sourdough to Dorchester! Tona will demonstrate how to achieve the perfect sourdough loaf and craft some of the delicious pastries that make Imma famous. This 2 hour demo takes place in a stunning private kitchen with limited tickets so there are lots of opportunities to taste and ask questions.
From studying philosophy in Argentina to becoming a renowned chef, Tona shares her unique path and passion for creating the UK’s best plain sourdough. 2025 Baking Industry Awards Baker of the Year and Winner of ‘Britain’s Best loaf’ 2024, Tona is the absolute expert on all things bread.
